Dr n. med. Grzegorz Krasowski podczas konferencji IV Forum Leczenia Ran, w wywiadzie z naszym portalem, zaznaczał, że edukacja jest niezbędna nie tylko dla personelu medycznego, ale również dla pacjenta. „Z naszym ciałem jesteśmy związani całe życie i powinniśmy wiedzieć, jak ono funkcjonuje oraz jak poruszać się po systemie opieki zdrowotnej” – mówił ekspert.
Dr n. med. Grzegorz Krasowski jest specjalistą w dziedzinie chirurgii ogólnej i onkologicznej. Zajmuje stanowisko Wiceprezesa Stowarzyszenia Naukowego Leczenia Ran, a także zastępcy redaktora naczelnego czasopisma naukowego „Forum Leczenia Ran”.
W rozmowie z FLR, ekspert zwracał uwagę, że konferencje, takie jak IV Forum Leczenia Ran, są niezbędne dla personelu medycznego w aktualizowaniu swojej wiedzy.
– Medycyna to są schody ruchome, które jadą w dół, my cały czas wspinamy się po nich edukacyjnie do góry. Jeżeli zatrzymamy się i przestaniemy się kształcić, to te schody nas wymiotą – porównywał dr n. med. Krasowski.
Ekspert zwrócił również uwagę, że kwestia edukacji medycznej nie dotyczy jedynie personelu – pielęgniarek czy lekarzy, ale jest również niezbędna od strony pacjentów. Zdaniem dr n. med. Krasowskiego, konieczne jest wdrożenie wykształcenia prozdrowotnego już od pierwszej klasy szkoły podstawowej.
Dr n. med. Krasowski podkreślał również, że podczas konferencji IV FLR specjaliści mogli przyswoić nowe techniki materiałowe i organizacyjne, a także zapoznać się z nowymi poglądami, ujęciami i sposobami podejścia w leczeniu ran przewlekłych. „Właśnie temu służą te konferencje” – podkreślał ekspert. W jego opinii taka wymiana informacji i nawiązywanie bezpośrednich kontaktów jest nieocenione i daje nowe możliwości dalszego leczenia pacjentów.
IV Forum Leczenia Ran odbyło się w dniach 2-4 września 2021 r. w Hotelu Mercure Kasprowy w Zakopanem. Konferencja, mimo pandemii, po raz kolejny osiągnęła sukces. Wydarzenie zgromadziło ponad 800 uczestników, którzy mieli okazję posłuchać wykładów prowadzonych przez wybitnych ekspertów ze świata medycyny, wziąć udział w dynamicznych dyskusjach, a także nabyć praktycznych umiejętności podczas sesji warsztatowych.
